1. Is there an additional charge for a different color?
There is no additional charge for our standard color choices. We have 8 choices, Special color will be depends on order

quantity.

1. If I purchase the machine for gumballs, can I change the wheel to vend a different type of product later?

Our Vending Machine has dispensing conversions available for many different products. Simply call our friendly Customer

Service department and tell your sales rep. what product you want to dispense and they will arrange the purchase.

2. What if I want to change the type or number of coins that are accepted in my coin mechanism?

Our machine has coin mechanisms for over 100 countries through out the world. By simply changing the "coin wheel",

you can make the mechanism work for almost any coin.

3.What is the average lead-time on an order?

All machines are custom built. When you order we will establish an approximate production date. This date is generally

1 to 2 weeks from the day of your order but could be up to 3 to 4 weeks depending on the size of the order and availability of

parts.

4. About making sample:

We can help provide samples for you to test before order. If the customer requires a finished sample before advance deposit.

It will charge according to your artwork. But in the final contract, We will refund the sample cost while order.
